| The most well known are: gratin dauphinois or walnut pie. We also make other traditional meals like pogne de courge, pogne de pruneaux. Fresh soups are sometime on the table, sorrel soup or pumkins. To finish you will have a self-made desert like, white chease, fruits pie, or icecream. |
